GREAT GRILLING
Ahhh, the smell of food cooking on the grill, one of the great summer traditions. But a word of caution is necessary. When you grill outside please make sure the grill is at least 10 feet away from the building. This is part of the State's fire code and a requirement of your Lease. Enjoy the great summer weather but be careful and use some common sense when you use your grill.
SMOKE ALARMS
The smoke alarms in your apartments are there to protect you and your family. In the event of fire, they are the difference between life and death. DO NOT DISABLE THE SMOKE ALARMS. This is a violation of your Lease as well as State Law. If you have a battery operated smoke alarm downstairs, you are responsible for the battery replacement. They take a 9volt battery and should last for about a year. When it starts to chirp, just open the cover and replace with a fresh battery. Keep yourself, your family and your neighbors protected.
RENT COLLECTION HOURS
Just a reminder that rent is due on or before the first, EVERY MONTH! The extended collection period hours from the first to the fifth are posted on the office door, in the laundry room AND on our web site on the Resident Page. Please take the time to check the hours each month and make sure your rent is paid on time. When rent collection falls over a weekend or a holiday, the office is usually open. To be sure, check the schedule.

REMINDER: Rent is due on or before the first of each month.
We start rent collection from the 15th of the previous month.
The following hours from the 2nd are considered a grace period.
